To report a student's absence, please enter the following information in the subject line:
Name of student, reason for absence, and teacher's name or homeroom number.
Due to time constraints, the office staff will not open each e-mail; therefore, it is important that the above information is in the subject line.

If you wish to have your child leave the school during the day, send a note to the teacher or contact the office indicating the reason for leaving as well as the time.

Parents are asked to pick up their child from the main office and sign him/her out. The office staff will call your child to the office for pick up.

Students who arrive late, or who return to school following an appointment, must report to the office upon arrival at school to sign in

If you have unexpected changes to your child's regular dismissal arrangements, kindly arrive or contact the office prior to 2:15 p.m. This enables us to have the time to contact your child's class and share the information with the teacher.
